When will my order ship?
We have a 3-5 business day processing time. We start processing orders as soon as we get them. That allows us time to make any pillows in your order that are “made to order.”

PILLOW INSERTS
Does my pillow cover come with the insert?
We sell pillow Covers Only! We do not offer the purchase of down/feather inserts on our online shop currently.
What size insert will fit my new pillow cover?
We always recommend using an insert based on your cover size. If you have bought an 18×18 cover, use an 18×18 insert. If you have bought a 20×20 cover, use a 20×20 insert and so on.
Where should I get my pillow inserts from?
We recommend Down/Feather Pillow Inserts to make your pillow look fluffy and full. Ikea’s FJÄDRAR line has nice 20″x20″, 26″x26″ and 16″x26″ down inserts. I also recommend Pottery Barn and Crate and Barrel for down or down alternative inserts.
CARE
Are your pillow covers machine washable?
All of our Buffalo pillow covers with wording, and mudcloth pillows are completely machine washable. I’d recommend cold, gentle cycle and lay flat to dry. For our linens, vegan leather and indigo mud cloth pillow covers, we recommend spot cleaning or dry clean only. Warm iron inside out.
CUSTOMIZATION
Do you offer customization?
Yes! A select few covers come with a customization option.
We offer custom established dates on our HOME Buffalo covers, custom zip code, custom area code, and custom wedding covers.
TO ORDER
Please select the add custom date in the drop down option on listing. All Est. dates are hand painted in black.
Then, at check out, please leave me a note in “notes to the seller” letting me know what date you’d like me to write. Please know, if you capitalize, I will capitalize, and if you break your saying in sentences, I will as well. Don’t hesitate to be as detailed as possible.
