RETURNS

We do our very best to provide quality products you will love in your home. We want our customers to be completely happy with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your merchandise and we will be happy to find a solution. 

Please return all items in new condition, unused or damaged within 14 days with a recommended tracking #. 

Unfortunately we cannot refund shipping and handling fees and customer is responsible for re-shipping fees. 

All sale items are final and non-refundable. 

Please note, custom orders are non-refundable as they are cut and made specifically for you. 

Please make all returns after you have been given return instructions through email. Thank You!

EXCHANGES

Our customers are very important to us and we want you to be completely satisfied. 

Please also note that, although every effort is made to photograph our items accurately and describe our products in detail, we cannot guarantee every computer monitor will accurately depict the actual color of the merchandise.

If you are interested in exchanging your items please contact us and we are happy to help you with the process. 

Please return unused merchandise within 14 days with a return label which will be sent to you through email.

You will be given a full refund in the amount you paid for your merchandise minus shipping costs which we unfortunately cannot refund.

CANCELLATIONS

If you do decide you want to cancel your order completely, please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will refund you in full within the next 3-5 business days.
